The ubiquity of digital products in today’s technology-driven society makes it critical to have the knowledge and tools to drive towards outstanding user experiences (UX).

In this module, explore how to turn the findings from user research into actionable insights and artefacts that can be used by projects to improve UX over the duration of a project.

Learning objectives

Over the duration of the training course we will aim to achieve the following learning objectives:

  • Learn analysis methods to process the information gathered from user research into actionable insights
  • Learn about the different artefacts which help communicate research findings to stakeholders and project teams
  • Use empathy maps or customer profiles to create personas to bring user research to life
  • Understand how and when to create journey maps to reflect current customer experience, or to envisage a future experience
